Christine Grisham Acupuncture (CG Acu) maintains an affordable, high quality private practice that depends on the reliability and integrity of patients to honor the time reserved for treatment. Patients are expected to be financially responsible for their appointments. Missed appointments also have a negative effect on the progress made in our patients’ health.

 

LATE APPOINTMENTS

Dr. Christine can as a courtesy will still treat patients who are late in arriving for up to 15 minutes after the start of the appointment time, but the treatment will typically be shorter. 

 

FEES FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Appointments that are not canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time are billed the FULL treatment cost, typically $80 (fee is $25 for missed group acupuncture appointments). This fee may change to reflect price increases related to service fees. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the practitioner, and the first instance is often waived due to reasons like illness, car problems, and family emergencies. Exceptions to the fee are also typically made if the patient reschedules for that same week. 

 

SERVICE FEES

The overall fee schedule for treatments, including both new and follow-up appointments, are subject to change at any time. Service fees are a direct reflection of the costs of conducting business, such as supplies, staffing, and building costs. Credit cards are typically required to reserve your appointment, with a small $1 hold placed upon setting up the appointment.
