Self-Care Sanctuary (SCS)
This private space provides a unique respite and reset, just for you, offering 30 minutes of complete peace.
Walking in, you'll notice the relaxing music, water fountain, and soft lighting. We also have Sage Your Space essential oil sprays available to enhance the sensory experience.
We also offer an infrared lamp for use during your session. The Megelin Lamp is a FDA Class II medical device that can help address pain by improving local circulation, relieving stiffness, and boosting energy production in the cells. The lamp can also increase collagen density, thus smoothing fine lines, wrinkles, and skin roughness, but with zero downtime.
Our most-used service in the SCS is our Zero-Gravity massage chair. It has "4D Mode", where the rollers change speed and rhythm, mimicking human hands.
Technique Modes include:

Kneading: Small circular motions to ease tight muscles.

Tapping/Rolling: Quick strokes or rolling up and down the spine.

Shiatsu: Deep thumb-like pressure points.
There are six automatic programs, such as:

Relax/Recover: Gentle and slow settings for rest.

Stretch: Airbags hold your body while the chair reclines to pull and stretch muscles.

Targeted Care: Focuses just on the neck, shoulders, or lower back.
Alternatively, the SCS has another "healing station", that can help you completely unplug from electronics using a GroundingWell grounding mat. The electricity that flows in our home appliances creates excess electrons. If the electrons can’t escape, they will eventually cause damage. The grounding cables in electrical outlets prevent this excess by allowing the electrons to escape back into the earth. Humans are much the same. Every cell in our bodies relies on electrical signals to function. Research on grounding has been shown to reduce inflammation, pain, insomnia, and poor mood. The GroundingWell mat in our clinic helps you feel like you’re directly touching the earth, which is usually when we feel best.
