Yoga Classes
We are thrilled to have Dianne Britton teaching yoga classes two evenings per week at the clinic.
If you've never taken a class with her, or even if you are brand new to yoga, know to come as you are! All are welcome at any level and we want you to feel welcome.
Class Times
Hatha class is Monday 5:45- 6:45 pm
Restorative class is Friday at 5:00- 6:00 pm

Dianne's Bio
"I used to be a gym rat and aerobics fan, but challenging life events inspired me to deepen my yoga practice beyond occasional videos. At my first beginner class 19 years ago, I knew I had found what my body and mind needed to help deal with the new stressors in my life. After exploring several styles of yoga, I wanted to teach. Thanks to some coaxing from a teacher and mentor, I earned my RYT-200 in 2018. I have been teaching since then in Springfield, but decided to transition into teaching closer to home as life has evolved.
I am very grateful for having found yoga and call it my 'sanity.' As I age, I’m more aware of the benefits that yoga offers in terms of mobility, flexibility, stress relief, and improved breathing. My goal is to motivate individuals to maintain an active lifestyle, promoting both physical and mental well-being and enhancing longevity and overall health.
My husband Dave and I live and work in Petersburg and own a small business. We enjoy spending time with our large family (12 grandchildren!) travelling and spending time in nature."
